At the end the scene could have been mistaken for a normal post-match celebration. The manager was on the pitch saluting players who had won 4-0 away from home. There were hugs and handshakes and a wave for the travelling support. But this was far from normal. It is a long time since Neil Lennon’s life could be described in that way.
